* Tripple checked Friday WoE and made adjustments to the WoE box rewards system for Friday. It should work this time. Keep in mind this is a time frame that I absolutely cannot make and watch over.
* Added another warp into the emp room in swanhild so as to prevent portal camping

* I have added an account bound version of the random costume box for 360 points
* The costumes from this specific box will be account bound
** This is to prevent people from using multiple devices to farm costumes
** Since the costumes are account bound, I have removed the badge cost for opening the boxes
