BG Changes
- Moved Dominion BG case to the list of random BG cases
- Added winter 2023 BG Case instead of dominion case
- Increased Costume case rates so its at a 1% rate increase per round instead of .5% - temporary event
- Added refined Abrasive to BG special shop for 2000 badges
- TDM requirement changed to 6
NPC Changes
- Removed leveling pills from refill shop
- Added Bloody Dead Branches to refill shop in the Multi Shop NPC for 2000cp - when it is refilled there will be a global announcement
- All GMs can now give event tickets to players
- Guild House guests can now save in the house
