Hephaestus's and Goibnes Coatings
Should be noted that the changes to Heph and Goib are temporary but a step in the right direction. I am coding a brand new NPC that will be specific to Heph and Goib refining. This NPC will take the requirements fully listed bellow and an additional +0 copy of the item you are attempting to refine. The option for Heph and Goib will be entirely removed from the old NPCs.
