BG Changes
- Moved Dominion BG case to the list of random BG cases
- Added winter 2023 BG Case instead of dominion case
- Increased Costume case rates so its at a 1% rate increase per round instead of .5%
- Added refined Abrasive to BG special shop for 2k badges
- TDM requirement changed to 6
NPC Changes
- Removed leveling pills from refill shop
- Added Bloody Dead Branches to refill shop in the Multi Shop NPC for 2000cp - when it is refilled there will be a global announcement
- All GMs can now give event tickets to players
- Guild House guests can now save in the house
- Fixed chat getting stuck if clicking on warp to guild house option while inside the guild house
Global Edits
- Updated map cache files to fix DS mobs getting stuck and guild house db room monsters teleporting to islands
- Guild Storage permission should not reset after server reboot anymore
