BG Edits:
- Added Halter Lead to BG special Shop for 2,000 Badges
- Added new hats (emblems) in the bg special shop under costumes
- They are set as top costumes so as to not conflict with other headgear
DS Edits:
- God item drop rates were broken, they were set to .08%
- The god rate item drops we intended afetr further review would have been even more broken so I have re-done them
- The new god rate drops have been fixed and adjusted in the Sheet: Devil Square#Event Rules & Setup
- I believe they are much better than the broken rates and make way more sense than the intended rates
