Reworking BG Badge rewards
- Bonus badges based on time are changed from
  - 1 badge per 30 seconds played + HH bonuses to 1 badge per 20 seconds played + HH bonuses
  - This should balance out any base badges removed from winners, essentially keep the rewards the same or slightly higher. The losers and late joiners will have a portion of their badges reduced.
- Conquest base badges reduced from 33 to 20
  - Winner badge rewards increased from 25 to 35
- TDM base badges reduced by 3
  - Loser badge rewards reduced from 28 to 20
- DOM base badges reduced by 5
  - Loser badge rewards reduced by 10
- KVM tie badges reduced from 43 to 35
  - Loser badges reduced by 5 per round won
BG HH has been set to 2 hours prior to DS
- Since these times overlap with weekend HH, those have been removed, keep in mind HH is extended as long as there is 30+ people in BG
Re-adding guild leader and class packets to alt +g window in bg
- Since alt + g is no longer crashing we're going to slowly rebuild the members window

Added Necro Morsa Egg to shop
- Can be evolved to Soul Hunter for 1000 badges and 1 bg token
Added Stepling Egg to shop
- Can be evolved to MissingNO for 1000 badges and 1 bg token
Added Scatleton Egg to shop
- Can be evolved to Scatleton for 1000 badges and 1 bg token
All the new pets can be autofed, they all eat War Badges
