    - Reduces Casting Time of Soul breaker by 50%
    - If INT=90 or above, Auto Casts Soul breaker Lv5 when using Soul Breaker, If INT<90, Auto casts level 3 Soul breaker instead.
      - Refine Bonuses
        Increases ASPD by 2% per refine
