BG Updates

• Reworking BG Badge rewards
  • Bonus badges based on time are changed from
    • 1 badge per 30 seconds played + HH bonuses to 1 badge per 20 seconds played + HH bonuses
    • This should balance out any base badges removed from winners, essentially keep the rewards the same or slightly higher. The losers and late joiners will have a portion of their badges reduced.
  • Conquest base badges reduced from 33 to 20
    • Winner badge rewards increased from 25 to 35
  • TDM base badges reduced by 3
    • Loser badge rewards reduced from 28 to 20
  • DOM base badges reduced by 5
    • Loser badge rewards reduced by 10
  • KVM tie badges reduced from 43 to 35
    • Loser badges reduced by 5 per round won
