Bangungot Hospital
To access Bangungot Hospital, you must first submit an Essence Flask to the Instance Manager via @npc Instance.
Once submitted and consumed, all custom instances will be unlocked. This only needs to be done once.
Requires Essence Flask to unlock.
Instance Walkthrough
| Step | Description |
|---|---|
| 1 | Talk to the Nurse |
| 2 | Select Prepare to enter the second floor |
| 3 | Select Enter the second floor to start the instance |
| 4 | Eliminate Mangkukulams and Manananggals |
| 5 | After clearing the area, a portal will open |
| 6 | Enter the portal and fight Bangungot |
| 7 | After a few seconds, Bangungot will warp you out |
| 8 | In the patients' room, eliminate monsters to prevent Bangungot from growing stronger |
| 9 | Re-enter Bangungot's Room and defeat Bangungot quickly |
| 10 | Defeat the Pillar of Spirit Spawns after Bangungot is defeated Plant-type: use high ASPD or multi-hit skills |
| 11 | Head back to the entrance to exit the instance |
