This NPC allows you to rename any of your characters using a Rename Ticket.
Requirements
To rename a character, you must meet the following conditions:

Step-by-Step Guide
| Step | Instruction |
|---|---|
| 1 | Buy a Rename Ticket from the Tool Dealer |
| 2 | Put the Rename Ticket in Storage |
| 3 | Create a new character |
| 4 | Use the new character to talk to the Name Changer in @settings |
| 5 | Select the character you want to rename |
| 6 | Proceed with the rename (ticket will be consumed) |
You cannot rename the character you're currently logged into.
Rules & Restrictions

| Online Status | Character must be offline |
| Length | Name must be 4–20 characters long |
| Uniqueness | Name must not already exist |
| Forbidden Characters | / [ ] ! @ # $ % ^ & * ( )

| Spaces | Cannot begin/end with space or contain double spaces |
Visit the Name Changer in clangroup or ask a GM for help. Be careful with your input — mistakes and forbidden characters may result in account penalties.
