Bangungot Hospital

To access Bangungot Hospital, you must first submit an Essence Flask to the Instance Manager via @npc Instance.

Once submitted and consumed, all custom instances will be unlocked. This only needs to be done once.

Requires Essence Flask to unlock.

Instance Walkthrough

Step Description
1 Talk to the Nurse
2 Select Prepare to enter the second floor
3 Select Enter the second floor to start the instance
4 Eliminate Mangkukulams and Manananggals
5 After clearing the area, a portal will open
6 Enter the portal and fight Bangungot
7 After a few seconds, Bangungot will warp you out
8 In the patients' room, eliminate monsters to prevent Bangungot from growing stronger
9 Re-enter Bangungot's Room and defeat Bangungot quickly
10 Defeat the Pillar of Spirit
Spawns after Bangungot is defeated
Plant-type: use high ASPD or multi-hit skills
11 Head back to the entrance to exit the instance
