Requires Essence Flask to unlock
- Talk to the Nurse
- Select Prepare to enter the second floor
- Select Enter the second floor to start the instance
- Eliminate Mangkukulams and Manananggals
- A portal will open after clearing the first area
- Eliminate Bangungot
- After a few seconds, Bangungot will warp you out
- Eliminate the monsters in the patients' room to ensure Bangungot doesn't get stronger
- Re-enter Bangungot's Room and eliminate Bangungot as quickly as possible
- Eliminate the Pillar of Spirit
- Spawns once Bangungot is defeated
- Plant-type monster – use high ASPD basic attacks or multi-hit skills for effective damage
- Head back to the entrance to exit the instance
